]]> I received a Salford Mayor Citizen Award for my role in saving Tomb Raider videogame series and my volunteer work in assisting Ukrainian refugees. I am very grateful for this! Especially since I was nominated by Peter Connelly, the composer for Tomb Raider games. Tomb Raider gave me a way to escape during the hardest time of my life and motivated me to learn English, software packages and later move to the UK and become a British Citizen. I am beyond happy to be recognised for my modest role in preserving the enthusiasm for the original series with the Mayor’s Citizen Award.
